When you have agreed to sell a property under the supervision of an attorney, the fees are either derived from a predetermined cut of the amount cashed by the owner, or ranging anywhere between zero and 20% of the value of the property, noting that the fees must be reasonable and non-obscene.

Remember to consider any special needs you may have. For example, could you benefit from a lawyer who speaks a language other than English, French or Arabic.
