Engineer Mohamad Wissam Achour is a Lebanese civil engineer born in Beirut. He graduated from the Lebanese University with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in 1991. Shortly after completing his studies, he established his engineering office, initially named "The Office of Eng. Mohamad Wissam Achour." This venture evolved into Achour Development and eventually transformed into Achour Holding, a diversified business group.

Under his leadership, Achour Holding has expanded over more than three decades into various sectors, including real estate development, hospitality with the Lancaster hotel chain, education through the acquisition of Rawdah High School, fitness and wellness with the "180 Degrees" Gym & Spa, car rental services via Lima Rent A Car, and several industrial and service sectors through additional subsidiaries.

Achour Holding employs over 1,200 individuals, manages 300 projects, has received 40 awards, and operates 65 subsidiaries. Mohamad Wissam Achour serves as the Chairman and CEO of the company.
