Antoine Assi is the Group CEO of Estia Developments, leading the company's efforts in residential development across Athens, particularly in Glyfada, Voula, and Palaio Faliro. He comes from a Lebanese entrepreneurial family with a strong background in large-scale inland and real estate development. After relocating to Greece in 2015 during its financial crisis, he recognized significant investment opportunities arising from low property prices and high rental yields. Under his leadership, Estia Developments manages a portfolio of approximately 2,000 rental apartments and is expanding its presence with offices in Lebanon, China, and Portugal. Antoine's strategic focus includes expanding the land bank, enhancing the development process, and pursuing growth in high-potential international markets.
