In a televised interview on Voice of Lebanon, real-estate developer and founder of Propical Estates & Grabify, Elia Saadeh discussed Lebanon's economic challenges and outlined solutions for the property sector. He said that, given rising inflation and declining trust in banks, investing in real estate offers more stability compared to gold or other alternatives. Saadeh noted that his company uses AI-powered chatbots to provide clients with detailed, real-time information, and cited Cyprus as a strategic hub linking East and West. He also announced plans to expand into Armenia and Greece, with tailored investment strategies for each country.
